About an hour length car ride from Hua Hin, Khao Luang Cave in Petchaburi is a great place to unwind and get in touch with nature. Literally. The short pathway leading to the cave is filled with monkeys, and you can buy food for them at a couple small shops located by the parking area. The monkeys are sweet in temperament, but be prepared to get swarmed as they are hungry and are certainly not shy about approaching humans. And while the monkeys are definitely cute, the main attraction of the cave is that it is actually a network of large caverns housing a variety of Buddhist shrines, sculptures and images. It really is the perfect place to find your inner peace.
