Sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day to stop into a nice restaurant for a leisurely meal. Some of us are zipping between sightseeing spots and various activities, while some of us just don’t want to move very far from our favorite lounging spot on the beach. Whatever your reason, your daily savior is the ubiquitous food stalls lining the streets of Hua Hin. A particularly prominent group of them can be found at the main entrance to Hua Hin Beach. They serve up everything from succulent grilled chicken wings, traditional Thai seafood snacks, to fresh cut fruit and cold beverages. No matter your choice, everything comes ready to be eaten on the go including accompanying sauces and spices, which come handily packed into plastic pouches. We highly recommend visiting the mango sticky rice stall situated across the street from the Hilton. The old ladies running the stall know exactly which mangos are ripe (even if they are covered in black spots) and the mango sticky rice is so good that local and visiting Thai people line up for it. If nothing from the daytime stalls satisfies your snack food craving, check out the Night Market for more tasty options.
Local Street Food, served best when hot and fresh
Whether your busy buzzing around Hua Hin or simply can’t be bothered to stray too far from your favorite beach lounging spot, there are fresh food stalls scattered all around Hua Hin offering a variety of quick, delicious and cheap eats and refreshments.
